How the Uffington Players look after your details.
Who we are
The Uffington Players is a volunteer amateur drama group based at the Thomas Hughes Memorial Hall, Uffington. If you have any questions about your details, email info@uffingtonplayers.co.uk.
What we collect
When you fill in the Join Us form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), what you would like to help with, and any message you write. If you email us, we keep your email so we can reply.
Why we use it
We only use your details to reply to you and to contact you about joining the Players, such as auditions, rehearsals and ways to help. We do not use them for anything else.
Who can see it
Form messages are stored by our website provider and sent to our email inbox. Only committee members who need your details can see them. We never sell your details or share them with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only while we need them. If you would like us to delete them, just email us and we will.
Under 16s
Members must be at least 10 years old. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or carer to fill in the form for you.
Photos
We share photos from our shows on this website and on Facebook. If you are in a photo and would like it removed, email us and we will take it down.
Website visits
We count visits to this website using GoatCounter, so we can see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal details. It only records things like which page was visited, the type of browser and device, and the country.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email info@uffingtonplayers.co.uk.
